Steps to Apply

Campus students (Oklahoma City)

  1. Campus visit: Please contact the campus location of interest to schedule a tour and interview with the Admissions Office. During this visit, the Admissions Director will detail the program requirements, diploma requirements, and job placement availability.
  1. Financing/Funding: Students must contact the Financial Aid Office or begin financial aid application procedures if the student wishes to receive federal financial aid for assistance in tuition payment. Students receiving financial aid must receive a Financial Aid Estimate from the Financial Aid Office prior to setting an enrollment appointment (item 3). For students receiving other types of assistance, a written award letter from the agency must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office prior to setting an enrollment appointment (item 3).
  1. Enrollment Appointment: Once the student has completed a campus visit and arranged their tuition funding/financial aid, the student may contact the Admissions Office to set an enrollment appointment for paperwork completion.
  1. Start Classes: Once the student’s enrollment and financial paperwork is completed, the student may attend orientation and officially start class on the Monday of his/her choosing.

Distance Learning students (Online Computer-based program)

  1. Admission Office Interview: Please contact the Distance Learning Office by telephone or email. The Admissions Officer will complete an interview with the student. During this visit, the Admissions Director will detail the program requirements and diploma requirements.
  1. Financing/Funding: Students must contact the Financial Aid Office or begin financial aid application procedures if the student wishes to receive federal financial aid for assistance in tuition payment. Students receiving financial aid must receive a Financial Aid Estimate from the Financial Aid Office prior to requesting an enrollment packet (item 3). For students receiving other types of assistance, a written award letter from the agency must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office prior to setting an enrollment appointment (item 3).
  1. Enrollment Paperwork: Once the student has completed a telephone interview and arranged their tuition funding/financial aid, the student may contact either the Admissions Office or the Financial Aid Office to request an enrollment packet. Distance Learning enrollment packets are typically provided in an electronic format which can be completed and submitted to the school online.
  1. Start Classes: Once the student’s enrollment and financial paperwork is completed, the student may attend orientation and officially start class on the Monday of his/her choosing.
